  • All room packages including meals or dining credits are not entitled to any guest who is booking for self-quarantine, self-monitor for the subsequent, the persons who are under exemptions mandatory quarantine, compulsory testing or “StayHomeSafe” scheme)
  • Advanced reservation is required and confirmation is subject to Hotel availability. No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed and is non-transferable and non-refundable
  • All unused offer will be forfeited upon check-out and will not be refunded with no exception
