Nordic Autumn 4-course Set Dinner

FINDS presents Nordic Autumn 4-course Set Dinner to bring fresh special dishes. The starter includes Citrus Marinated Hamachi, Smoked Duck Breast ‘Castaing’ or Stracciatella Di Burrata.

The soup selection has Creamy Blue Mussel & Lobster Soup and Creamy Jerusalem Artichoke Soup. Main courses include Slow-roasted Venison Tenderloin, Atlantic Turbot Fillet 'Sous-vide', and Roasted Pumpkin & Chestnut Risotto.

The main dessert is Warm Apple & Persimmon Tart, served with vanilla ice-cream, making it a perfect after-dinner dessert.
