FINDS presents Nordic Spring 4-course Set Dinner to bring fresh special dishes. The starter includes Hokkaido Scallop Tartare, Parmesan-Roasted White Asparagus 85°C with Caviar or Salmon in Six Ways.
The soup selection has Norwegian Salmon Soup with Langoustine and Spring Chicken Consommé. Main courses include Grilled Spring Lamb Tenderloin, Roasted Sea Bass Fillet, and Morel Mushroom & Spinach Orzo Pasta.
The main dessert is Wild Blueberry Frangipane, served with Madagascar vanilla ice cream, fresh berries and mixed berry sauce, making it a perfect after-dinner dessert.
