FINDS presents Nordic Summer 4-course Set Dinner to bring fresh special dishes. The starter includes Arctic Shrimp ‘SKAGEN’, Burrata & Gooseberries or Salmon in Six Ways.
The soup selection has Norwegian Salmon Soup with Langoustine and Chilled Cherry Tomato & Bell Pepper Soup. Main courses include Beef Rydberg, Bread-Crusted Halibut Fillet, and Morel Mushroom & Spinach Orzo Pasta.
The main dessert is Strawberry Brita Cake, served with Almond Meringue, Vanilla Cream & Summer Strawberries, making it a perfect after-dinner dessert.
