Lobster Brunost™ Cheese Fondue Afternoon Tea

The Luxe Manor has joined forces with the century-old Norwegian cheese brand, TINE®, to present a unique fondue afternoon tea featuring their renowned Norwegian Brunost™ caramel cheese.

Guests can indulge in this 'Lobster Brunost™ Cheese Fondue' Afternoon Tea at the Nordic restaurant FINDS. The experience centres around a rich fondue, where the distinctive caramel cheese is skilfully blended into both a lobster and a pumpkin soup. This is served with a selection of Nordic seafood and fresh, seasonal vegetables for dipping, offering a truly abundant and comforting winter afternoon tea.

'Lobster Brunost™ Cheese Fondue' Afternoon Tea will be available from 1 December 2025 – 31 January 2026 between 3pm to 5:30pm daily.
