Tipsy Blooms & Mandarin Afternoon Tea

As warm spring approaches, FINDS announces its first collaboration with Australian craft gin Orz Gin. Inspired by the gin's distinctive character, where aged tangerine peel (chenpi) takes center stage, the partnership presents the "Tipsy Blooms & Mandarin" Afternoon Tea, offering guests a refreshingly light springtime indulgence.

The FINDS culinary team has skilfully captured the refreshing, botanical essence of Orz Gin, selecting natural Nordic ingredients to craft each delicacy. Infusing every creation with the refreshing spirit of Orz Gin, they delicately present the purity and natural simplicity of Nordic cuisine. Elegant in presentation, it embarks guests on a surprising journey of gentle intoxication.

Tipsy Blooms & Mandarin Afternoon Tea will be available from 18 March 2026 – 30 April 2026 between 3pm to 5:30pm daily.
