Terms and conditions
- Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and subject to change without prior notice
- Effective 1 January 2025, as stipulated by the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348), hotel room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax
- Advanced reservation is required and confirmation is subject to Hotel availability. No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed and is non-transferable and non-refundable
- Dining credit is only eligible for room service menu & mini-bar during the stay
- All unused balance of dining credit will be forfeited upon check-out and will not be refunded with no exception
- This promotion and dining credit cannot be redeemed as cash and used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts (e.g. 50% discount on room service menu)
- Unused dining credit will be forfeited and will not be refunded with no exception
- The Luxe Manor reserves the right of final decision in any dispute and to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice
