  • Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and subject to change without prior notice
  • Effective 1 January 2025, as stipulated by the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348), hotel room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax
  • Advanced reservation is required and confirmation is subject to Hotel availability
  • Guest can cancel free of charge by 6pm, 14 days prior to arrival. Or guest will be charged the cost of the first night if guest cancel within 14 day before arrival
  • The Luxe Manor reserves the right of final decision in any dispute and to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice
