Nordic Blooming Spring Set Lunch

FINDS is offering a delightful Blooming Spring Set Lunch. This vibrant Nordic-style lunch features seasonal ingredients and traditional Nordic culinary techniques. It includes unlimited appetisers and classic Nordic delicacies, providing a new taste experience for food lovers.

The appetisers consist of fresh salads composed of White Asparagus, Baby Romaine Lettuce, Spring Cabbage, and French Beans. Savoury appetisers like Pan-Fried Tiger Prawns, Smoked Duck Breast, and House-Smoked Salmon are also available.

For the main course, the Slow-Cooked Lamb Shank is carefully prepared and cooked for 12 hours to perfectly retain its juices, promising a series of surprises for diners. Guest can opt for the Pan-Fried Icelandic Red Fish Fillet, which is tender and springy. The meal concludes with a Greek Yogurt Panna Cotta for dessert, making for a satisfying mid-day meal.
