Nordic Summer Set Lunch

FINDS is offering a delightful Summer Set Lunch. This vibrant Nordic-style lunch features seasonal ingredients and traditional Nordic culinary techniques. It includes unlimited appetisers and classic Nordic delicacies, providing a new taste experience for food lovers.

The appetisers consist of fresh salads composed of Burrata, Cherry Tomato and Basil Oil. Savoury appetisers like Roasted Beef, House-Smoked Salmon and Pan-Fried Tiger Prawns are also available.

For the main course, Cherry Tomato & Baby Spinach Risotto, paired with organic egg 63C and Parmesan Grana Padano, is fragrant but not greasy, the best choice for health. Pan-Fried Perch Fillet, the tender fish meat is served with noble crayfish sauce, with crushed potatoes with lemon and baby spinach. The use of fruits and vegetables adds to the texture and umami flavor of the fish.
